Milestones
The Camina Company is founded by Waldemar Rokossa.
2002
Acquisition of Schmid Feuerungstechnik to offer a full range of fireplaces.
2003
Anna Zindler (Rokossa) becomes the Managing Director of the Camina brand.
2004
A 1920’s steel factory in Germany is acquired and becomes production headquarters.
2015
Farewell to company founder Waldemar Rokossa.
2017
Marketing relaunch and expansion of the range with new products.
The development of our first gas fireplace.
2020
Colin Rokossa takes over export sales management.
2021
Founding of Camina & Schmid Inc. for distribution in North America and Canada.
2022
Our partners and importers Monsma (US) and The Foundry (Canada) stand behind us and actively support us in expanding our dealer network.
2025
We are expanding our product range to include the Lina G 42.
